2. Eligibility

  • This policy applies to all products purchased directly from sofallo.com.

  • To qualify for a return, your item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition.

    • Include all tags, packaging, and accessories.

    • Be returned within 30 days of delivery for refunds, or 7 days for exchanges.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Promotional Specials.

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., engraved, tailored, altered).

  • Items that have been visibly worn, washed, damaged, or are missing parts.

  • Orders returned after 30 days.


4. Exchange Conditions

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or product.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

We will verify your claim and process your exchange upon approval.


5. Return Process

  1. Submit Request

    We will review your request within 5–7 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

  3. Return Shipment
    Ship the item back using a trackable service. Keep your shipping receipt as proof. All returns must include original tags and packaging.

  4. Refund or Exchange

    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

    • Exchanges will be shipped within 7 business days after confirmation.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-responsible: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., doesn’t fit, changed mind), return shipping is at your expense.

  • SOFALLO-responsible: If the return is due to product defects or wrong shipment, we will cover shipping (with approved carriers only).


7. Special Items

  • Customized Items
    Not eligible for return unless defective. Please double-check all design confirmations before placing your order.

  • Eco Packaging
    If an item includes eco-conscious packaging, please return it intact where possible. We appreciate your support in reducing waste.


8. Disputes & Limitations

  • Any disputes will be subject to independent mediation under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Malicious returns (e.g., abuse of policy, item switching) may result in account suspension.

  • SOFALLO is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, carrier disruption, etc.).
